About the position

The IDM Engineer at Mizuho Corporate Bank is responsible for expanding the use of Identity Management tools and processes within the enterprise. This role requires proactive work behavior and a growth mindset, focusing on integrating third-party software and on-premises infrastructure to ensure a seamless user experience and high availability. The position involves cross-team communication and alignment with business functions, as well as automation and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding & offboarding of users and identities
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of Sailpoint technology and capability develop, configure and deploy engineering components
• Advanced understanding of Access Governance, Completeness and Accuracy and configuring & running certification campaigns
• Responsible for triaging, troubleshooting and resolving support tickets for Sailpoint platform
• Responsible for rolling out production changes and application onboarding to Sailpoint
• Reports KPIs, KRIs and effectively manages and prioritize support tickets
• Identifying and resolving technical and cross-functional project issues
• Working closely with end users to ensure the project meets business needs
• Oversee execution of various QC activities such as Unit test, Integration test, Performance test, User acceptance test, etc.

Requirements
