About the position

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an Applications Developer Intern to join our Information Technology Business Applications department in Coralville, Iowa. Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating business requirements to functional and non-functional system requirements.
  • Design, develop, and support software to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug applications to resolve issues.
  • Adhere to established SDLC processes, including creating and maintaining proper documentation pertaining to software development and projects.

Requirements

  • Pursuing (or already obtained) an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with .Net, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Prior experience working in an IT support or application development role.
