About the position

The Director, Technology Solution Implementation is responsible for delivering new technological solutions that align with business needs and enterprise objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across functions. The director will implement technology into business solutions, gather and document requirements, influence system design, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives. Additionally, the director will coordinate the implementation of designs, testing, and operational readiness, while also providing strategic input to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement technology into business solutions
• Gather and document business system and functional requirements
• Influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support
• Make decisions related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects
• Implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives, and improve performance
• Provide input into functions strategy

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
• 5 or more years of management experience
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
• Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
• Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
• Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
