About the position

The IFS ERP Implementation Project Manager at Baker Tilly will lead and manage large-scale ERP implementation projects, specifically utilizing IFS Cloud software. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering transformative solutions for mid- to large-sized companies across various industries. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between project teams and leadership, ensuring effective communication and project delivery while mentoring team members and enhancing service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage large-scale projects, developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
• Serve as the key liaison and communication channel between project teams and leadership.
• Drive day-to-day project activities leveraging the detailed project plan and Baker Tilly's implementation methodology.
• Work collaboratively with client Project Management to establish roles and responsibilities and define project schedules.
• Lead teams through all phases of project delivery including planning, functional and technical solution scoping, and business process design.
• Coordinate the development and completion of project deliverables including detailed project plans and data migration plans.
• Identify, communicate, and manage project issues and risks, driving their resolution through proactive planning.
• Facilitate internal and external team meetings and content including weekly status reports and planning meetings.
• Manage overall project scope to the defined statement of work and work plan.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, particularly with IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as a liaison between project teams and leadership.
• Experience in leading teams through all phases of project delivery.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues effectively.
