About the position

The IFS ERP Implementation Project Manager at Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is responsible for leading the implementation of ERP software solutions for clients. This role involves leveraging both functional and technical skills to ensure successful project delivery, while also contributing to the growth and operational success of the firm. The position requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to apply Baker Tilly's implementation methodology to drive transformational projects.

Responsibilities

• Leverage functional and technical skills to successfully implement leading ERP software solutions.
• Understand and apply Baker Tilly's Package Software Implementation Methodology to successfully deliver transformational projects.
• Plan and lead client teams through business process analysis and design work sessions.
• Define current and future processes; conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions to determine system configuration and business requirements.
• Map business process requirements to software functionality, determine gap/fit, and design solutions for identified gaps.
• Perform hands-on software configuration in support of target business process requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues resulting from system configuration activities.
• Document functional requirements and use cases for custom-development items including data conversions, interfaces, reports, forms, etc.
• Facilitate test script development and execution for assigned workstream(s).

Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP software implementation and project management.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.
• Ability to conduct requirements gathering sessions and business process mapping.
• Experience with software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent documentation skills for functional requirements and use cases.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with IFS ERP software solutions.
• Familiarity with Baker Tilly's Package Software Implementation Methodology.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
