About the position

Center Mass Clothing is seeking a passionate and talented Illustrator/Graphic Designer to create unique print-ready artwork for apparel. This role is essential for producing impactful graphics tailored for law enforcement and fire departments, as well as for the brand itself. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly with Adobe Creative Suite, and will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Create custom art for Law Enforcement and Fire Departments.
• Communicate directly with clients via phone, in person, and email.
• Develop new and fresh concepts for product presentations.
• Follow instructions and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Expert knowledge of different file types and their applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (strongly preferred).
• Hand drawing skills.
• Sales experience.
