About The Position
This position is a non-competitive Civil Service position for an Illustrator within the Nassau County School Districts. Under supervision, the Illustrator prepares the design and layout of artwork for the production of a variety of graphic materials and performs related duties as required. The role requires skill in designing, planning, and producing artwork, with assignments received in the form of worksheets outlining general objectives. The Illustrator independently determines the procedures and techniques to be used.
