SURESTAFF is seeking a talented Illustrator to join our team in Lake Barrington, IL. This position is a contract role that offers an hourly wage of $18. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and thrive in a collaborative team environment. As an Illustrator, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the company's brand guidelines while also engaging in various tasks related to sourcing and onboarding candidates for our clients in the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor sectors. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple projects will be essential to your success in this role. In this position, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing company brand guidelines. You will need to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that all assignments are completed on time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as you will be establishing relationships with candidates and team members over the phone and through messaging. Additionally, you will be sourcing, tracking, and organizing candidate profiles in Avionte, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Your daily responsibilities will also include communicating and problem-solving with existing associates, teammates, and employees to ensure that all assignments are progressing as expected. You will be involved in the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates, which is a critical aspect of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and be willing to mentor others while also being open to learning new skills.
