About the position
We are looking for a talented and experienced illustrator to join our creative team. The role involves creating original artwork for various media, collaborating with other creatives, and presenting ideas to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a few years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Creating original artwork for both print and digital media.
- Collaborating with writers, designers, and art directors to develop creative ideas and concepts.
- Interpreting and translating concepts into effective visual form.
- Presenting drafts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Implementing feedback to refine final products.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and new software.
- Utilizing various techniques and software to accomplish illustrative goals.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a professional illustrator or a related role.
- Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and projects.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, perspective, and shading.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
