About the position

The Inspection Managed Accounts Sales Leader at International Fire Protection (IFP) is responsible for driving customer development and managing inspection pricing agreements for Fire Life Safety Systems. This role focuses on maintaining and building long-term customer relationships while supporting the company's goal of 20% annual growth in the inspection business. The Sales Leader will engage in various sales activities, including site surveys, proposal presentations, and marketing events, to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships that meet or exceed their expectations of a long-term partner.
  • Support IFP goal of 20% annual growth of our inspection business.
  • Maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.
  • Establish contact with current, prospective and qualified potential buyers scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicating effectively to educate the customer about IFP capabilities.
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, identifying the customer's fire and life safety issues, the effects of the problems and solutions offered.
  • Lead customer presentations, 'lunch and learns', and other relationship-building meetings.
  • Lead marketing events such as Facility Maintenance Tradeshows.
  • Prospect and develop a sales pipeline of potential new customers and inspections.
  • Survey all fire and life safety systems inside a facility including all device counts, relevant information, and pictures when possible.
  • Be detail-oriented with the intent to set up our inspectors and administrators for success.
  • Consistently evaluate if you are 'getting the right work with the right customers'.
  • Utilize CRM as a tool to provide value to the IMA, branch leadership, and CISL.

Requirements

  • Valid State Driver License
  • Willing to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
