About the position

As a Project Coordinator focusing on Logistics within the Imaging department at Medpace, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rapid growth of our imaging services. This position involves a variety of responsibilities centered around the configuration and programming of MCL devices, including ECG, ABPM, Imaging, and Laptops, tailored to specific study and software requirements. You will be responsible for the logistics processing, which includes the documentation, packing, and shipment of devices both within the United States and internationally. This role requires effective communication with study teams regarding programming and shipping logistics, including managing customs and brokers for overseas shipments. Additionally, you will coordinate the return of devices, oversee refurbishment processes, and assist with site closeouts. Managing inventory software will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring that all devices are accounted for and properly maintained throughout their lifecycle. In this dynamic role, you will need to be detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Your ability to work collaboratively as a team player will be essential, as you will interact with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations within the Imaging department. Responsibilities

  • Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
  • Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - US and OUS.
  • Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
  • Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out.
  • Managing inventory software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in health sciences or a related field (required).
  • Knowledge of ECG/Imaging devices preferred.
  • Team-player with great communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
