About the position
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer 3 at Moses Cone Hospital located in Greensboro, NC. The Imaging Service Engineer will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance for advanced medical imaging equipment. The selected candidate will have experience with MRI/CT, SPECT, and Nuclear Medicine machines.
Responsibilities
- repair, maintain and calibrate medical imaging devices
- make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices
- perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- document all service activities in accordance with company standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of medical imaging experience
- experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
- specific experience with the following medical devices or equipment: DiCom, Siemens, Toshiba, Philips, GE Healthcare, XRay, Ultrasound, C-Arm, Cat Scan, MRI/CT, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, Wet or Dry Processor, General RF, Clinical Asset Management, Accelerators
- solution-oriented approach with excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
- scheduling flexibility to work a rotating on-call schedule
