- Perform document prepping, scanning, indexing, and quality control tasks for the Enterprise Imaging Unit.
- Provide image processing for business partners.
- Conduct timely and in-depth research on unidentified front-end image mail to determine proper workflow disposition.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
- Perform routine, repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
- Research documents proficiently.
- Utilize customer service skills to communicate effectively.
