The positions are crucial for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing to our clients and residents. For the Apartment Painter role, candidates will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying various finishes, and ensuring that all work adheres to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in painting, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for this position. The Apartment Housekeeper role involves performing make-ready cleaning tasks to ensure that our properties are clean and ready for new residents. This includes dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing various areas of the apartments. Candidates should have previous experience in housekeeping and possess strong organizational skills. Both positions require a commitment to quality and a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team leaders and other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint, stains, and finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and trim.
- Achieve high-quality and smooth finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the team leader to ensure accuracy and efficiency in painting assignments.
- Perform make-ready cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a high standard.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or needed repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred.

Benefits
- Compensation of $500 - $750 per week or up to $115 per job assignment.
