As a Merchandiser with American Greetings, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help people celebrate life's special moments. This position involves servicing the American Greetings Department in various retail locations, ensuring that product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining all product displays within the greeting card department, as well as other areas of the store as needed. This role requires effective time management skills as you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment. Building relationships with retail store associates and management is essential, as you will be partnering with them during daytime retail business hours. You will also utilize a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions, including reviewing weekly service tasks, managing inventory, and entering time. The position offers flexible work scheduling, with an average of 4 hours per week, which may increase to 8 hours per week around holidays. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary. The starting pay is $13.10 per hour, with scheduled increases after 6 months and 1 year of employment.
