About the position

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic team at De Luna Law Offices, P.C., located near downtown Houston, TX. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment, offering a competitive hourly wage between $17 and $23, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, as this is a genuine requirement for the role. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, specifically in family-based immigration and adjustments, with additional experience in employment-based immigration being a plus. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for handling various immigration forms, including but not limited to I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, I-821, I-102, I-601, and I-601A. The role will also involve managing Consular Processing, Waivers, VAWA, FOIA, and FBI requests. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to work well under pressure. A self-starter attitude, good customer service skills, and a sense of humor are essential for thriving in our busy law firm environment. Responsibilities

  • Handle immigration forms including I-130, I-485, I-765, N-400, I-821, I-102, I-601, and I-601A.

Requirements
