Eijo Law Services PLLC is seeking a dedicated Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Glen Allen, VA. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.49, depending on experience. The Immigration Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys by assisting with various immigration cases. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, possess strong organizational skills, and have a solid understanding of immigration law and procedures. This position requires a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring that all documentation is handled accurately and efficiently. In this role, you will conduct initial client interviews to gather relevant information for immigration cases, assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents, and maintain case files while updating our case management systems. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients to provide updates on their case status and to gather necessary documentation. Additionally, you may assist with the translation of documents as needed, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective.
