About the position

The IMO Lead Program Manager will play a crucial role in integrating new technology and operations for newly acquired stores. This position involves managing complex data mapping, overseeing organizational changes, and navigating intricate political and legal environments to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other teams to deliver new data mapping technology and support store rebranding.
  • Ensure the delivery of infrastructure, data mapping, and new system outputs for the merged company.
  • Collaborate with other Program Managers and leaders to provide accurate and timely status reports.
  • Work with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and other business functions to ensure successful program execution.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to align on goals, timelines, and milestones.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for teams and individuals affected by the merger.
  • Oversee data mapping and integration efforts, ensuring accurate data organization across systems.
  • Develop new reporting solutions in PowerBI for accessible and actionable data insights.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to legal, political, and operational factors. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large, complex programs in sensitive environments.
  • Extensive experience with data mapping, finance, accounting, supply chain management, and mergers.
  • Success in delivering technology-driven transformations in retail or merchandising.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, PowerBI reporting, and operational change management.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques.
  • Experience in technology delivery, including consumer-facing systems and infrastructure changes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership skills to guide teams through complex changes and drive results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
