About the position

The Deposit and Payment Solutions Relationship Manager at U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance is responsible for managing relationships in the Affordable Housing Market. This role focuses on driving the sales process, growing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of complex financial transactions and deposit/payment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio involving complex financial transactions.
  • Monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
  • Serve as the liaison between Impact Finance DPS and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend product and service solutions based on analysis of customer data.
  • Review financials and accurately forecast balances and revenue.
  • Build deeper relationships with existing customers by understanding their business and identifying deposit and payment solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to satisfy customer needs through a full array of bank products and services.
  • Coordinate with product partners to implement solutions and ensure superior service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in commercial deposit management.
