About the position

The Implementation Account Coordinator at Taylor Corporation plays a crucial role in serving clients by implementing technical systems and solutions. This position involves evaluating client needs, developing configurations to support business processes, and planning and executing delivery and implementation plans. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring quality expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relations with customers to ensure that their quality expectations are being met
  • Assist by verifying all of the required information for the implementation is available and accurate, including pricing, specifications, artwork, or other customer requirements
  • Proactively work with internal groups to ensure that products produced for customers are of the highest quality
  • Ensure effective communication with customers through facilitating conference calls and presentations of products or tools available to the customer
  • Work with internal teams to ensure we are providing accurate information to customers and servicing their account as specified
  • Ability to manage multiple project and task assignments simultaneously, while managing due dates
  • Consistently meet defined deadlines and maintaining project tracking throughout the life cycle of project requests

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A customer service mindset
  • Ability to multi-task, solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstratable dependability in all aspects of work
  • Initiative and responsiveness
  • A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to speak and communicate with fellow employees at a professional level

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of experience in the field or related area
  • Experience in E-commerce
