About the position

The Implementation Administrator at Verity Solutions plays a crucial role in the administration and installation of assigned accounts, which includes a variety of tasks such as structure and billing setup, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials. This position is responsible for providing support to assigned accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues with independent judgment and discretion. The Implementation Administrator may also act as a Technical Coach, offering desk-level coaching and identifying opportunities for improving operational performance. The role requires the completion of day-to-day account installation tasks with minimal supervision, while still having access to guidance from more experienced team members. The tasks involved necessitate forward planning and anticipation of potential needs or issues, as well as the resolution of non-routine issues escalated from junior team members. In addition to these responsibilities, the Implementation Administrator is tasked with leading and executing all aspects of project leadership, planning, and execution for onboarding Software as a Service (SaaS) projects for both new and existing customers. This role serves as the subject matter expert in the implementation process for all V340B products and features, mentoring team members to uphold department standards and ensure a superior customer experience. The Implementation Administrator will drive and manage multiple implementation projects from initial customer engagement through planning, execution, and launch phases, ensuring all key steps and stakeholders are effectively managed throughout the process. The position also involves reviewing, analyzing, and repairing data from various sources to support the new Verity Solutions V340B. Building initial operational relationships with customers is essential to understand their 340B program, pain points, and other relevant data to establish clear success factors for their implementation. The Implementation Administrator is responsible for ensuring a positive onboarding experience with Verity's software solutions, overseeing accurate customer data extract setups, wholesaler interactions, and software configuration. Thorough training on software functions and key customer interactions is also a critical aspect of this role, facilitating a smooth transition to a 'live' project state and account management as applicable. Proactive communication and demonstrations with customers and Verity stakeholders are vital for the success of project implementations, along with assisting in the training of new team members and maintaining department documentation and educational tools.
