Implementation Analyst Intern

About the position

The Harris Novum Healthcare Software Business (HSB) Intern Program is designed for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in software implementation and project management within a healthcare software environment. Interns will engage in various functions related to software implementation, project management, and integrations, contributing to the success of bringing users live on the software application. The program aims to develop essential skills and provide insights into the healthcare software industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine project plans.
• Forecast project scope.
• Coordinate and attend project calls, documenting project risks and issues and assist in pursuing resolution.
• Set-up and add/configure new users in the software application.
• Attend software implementation project calls, documenting important consult findings with Application Consultants.
• Attend integration project calls, documenting key configuration needs and testing results.
• Address low-complexity integration tasks, such as reviewing mappings and connecting existing interfaces to new sites.
• Review existing Sales Opportunities from Sales team reports and forecast potential future revenue.
• Review current projects and update WIP reports with forecast modifications.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Critical thinker who can actively listen to customer feedback and translate it into actionable solutions.
• Initiative-taking and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
