About the position

The Senior Securities Operations Specialist at the Investment Contact Center is responsible for driving transformation by collaborating with stakeholders and operational partners to plan and execute key business initiatives. This role involves leading the assessment, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives, developing communication plans, and ensuring alignment with corporate policies and branding standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the contact center environment and a passion for customer service, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear communications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic consultant within the contact center to improve client and employee experiences, reduce risk, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Break down complex changes into simple messages and resources.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure consistent customer experiences and optimize messaging.
  • Lead or participate in lifecycle operational tasks and initiatives.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentation materials to communicate change initiatives effectively.
  • Support large-scale planning and deliverables to implement business changes and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Review and analyze operational tasks that require in-depth evaluation.
  • Develop measures of success and track performance of programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership to other consultants and analysts in program integration and implementation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience leading change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership and proactive consulting skills.
  • Expertise in communications, presentations, and instructional materials.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in grammar.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
  • Knowledge of contact center environments and associated technologies.
  • Understanding of brokerage industry products, services, operational policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding broker dealer roles and FINRA Rules.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
