About the position

The Implementation & Data Services Manager at Gallagher Bassett is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of client support analysts and senior analysts. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of client support analysts and senior analysts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
• Anticipate and provide solutions to complex client support problems.
• Allocate and coordinate resources and handle HR-related issues within the department.
• Direct activities of Supervisors and ensure departmental goals are met.
• Manage ongoing client support functions, including day-to-day activities and specialized projects.
• Provide direction, set goals, and support staff in achieving departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with other areas within the organization and external partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 7 years of related insurance industry experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of claims adjusting business.
• Broad understanding of technology's strategic role and impact.
