About the position

The Implementation & Data Services Manager at Gallagher Bassett is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of client support analysts and senior analysts. This position requires strategic thinking and effective management of both personnel and projects within the Client Services department. The manager will develop and implement policies, anticipate complex client support issues, and ensure that departmental goals are met while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of client support analysts and senior analysts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
• Anticipate and provide solutions to complex client support problems.
• Allocate and coordinate resources and handle HR-related issues within the department.
• Direct activities of Supervisors and ensure effective team management.
• Oversee ongoing client support functions, including day-to-day activities and specialized projects.
• Work collaboratively with other areas within the organization and external partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 7 years of related insurance industry experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
