This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting, where you will be involved in various project experiences that are essential for the success of our clients. As a consulting intern, you will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance after the implementation of software solutions. You will assist in configuring and customizing these solutions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring that the software aligns with their business needs. Quality assurance testing will also be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will participate in testing to confirm that the solutions meet the established requirements. You will gain exposure to Lean principles, which are integral to our approach at Wipfli. Collaboration with our consulting team will be essential as you work together to implement and optimize products for our clients. Understanding client requirements, configuring software solutions, and managing the deployment process will be critical skills you will develop in this role. Additionally, you will maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completion, and conduct accounts payable automation and invoicing processes, facilitating seamless connections to various ERP systems. This internship is designed for individuals who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate above-average academic performance, preferably with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and who have completed business analysis coursework. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to build and foster professional business relationships. Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post implementation
  • Assist in configuring and customizing software solutions to meet client requirements

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related major focus
  • Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Business analysis coursework preferred
  • Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies
