Mastech is a growing company dedicated to innovation and teamwork. We are currently seeking an Implementation Lead (Network Engineering/Project Lead) for our client in the IT Services domain. This position is crucial for overseeing the delivery of network infrastructure projects and managing large-scale network operations functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, with at least 5+ years of experience in the field. The Implementation Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of network solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the required specifications. This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco routing and switching technologies, as well as expertise in various networking protocols and tools. The Implementation Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions. The candidate must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
