About the position

The Implementation Manager (Health Plans) at Progyny is responsible for executing the implementation of health plan partnerships and managing off-peak projects. This role may also implement other Progyny clients based on scope and capacity. The Implementation Manager leads the end-to-end process and ensures that all parties are aligned, informed, and working towards the same goals. We are looking for a leader who is smart, innovative, and task-oriented. Our ideal candidate is excited by challenges and energized by the prospect of making an impact on a cutting-edge industry. In this role, you will complete and update implementation project plans in the CRM system, ensuring the overall project remains on track to meet the agreed-upon go-live date. You will collaborate with health plans and internal partners to gather product requirements and finalize decisions. Managing integrations with health plan partners is crucial to support a collaborative partnership and ensure a positive client and member experience during implementation and following go-live. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to lead and execute implementation activities, proactively addressing potential issues and adjusting timelines as necessary while communicating status updates and timeline changes to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will facilitate and conduct testing of implemented plans and/or data to ensure functionality and compliance. Delivering internal and external resource training and readiness prior to go-live is also part of your responsibilities. Developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively launch new programs and collaborating with the health plan account team on plan year rollovers and renewals are essential tasks for this position.
