About the position

The Implementation Manager, Warehouse Technology Solutions is responsible for leading process and system innovations to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the C&S network. This role focuses on leveraging project management methodologies to implement technology solutions that enhance employee experiences and reduce operational costs. The manager will analyze existing processes, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business transformation and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to develop implementation strategies for technology solutions.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant implementation of systems.
• Create and implement training plans for end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues during the implementation process.
• Analyze operations to identify areas for improvement and develop business cases for potential projects.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for projects.
• Lead and support national and regional projects to standardize best practices across locations.
• Facilitate process improvement activities and provide mentorship to team members.
• Monitor project risks and overall success, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Operations & Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project leadership or support, preferably in supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in change management and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Supply Chain, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and a drive to learn and improve processes.
