About the position

The Implementation Manager for Workflow Systems at ScriptPro is responsible for assessing client business systems and integrating applicable hardware and software solutions. This includes managing system implementations, upgrades, and custom development projects, as well as coordinating new contract setups with the ScriptPro Workflow System. The role requires close collaboration with other Workflow Systems Project Managers, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the implementation life cycle. The Implementation Manager will coordinate project schedules and facilitate tasks across multiple departments to ensure that all project phases are documented and completed properly. ScriptPro develops, sells, and supports advanced products and services for healthcare system customers, including federal agencies such as the Department of Defense, VA, and Indian Health Services, as well as major hospital systems across the country. Due to the nature of these clients, certain security clearances and health-related tests and vaccines are required for access to their locations. As a condition of employment, candidates must be prepared to obtain federal security clearance and provide proof of health-related tests and vaccines, including tuberculosis, annual flu, and COVID vaccines. Failure to comply with these requirements may violate the conditions of employment. The Implementation Manager will work with customers to gather, manage, and prioritize requirements, prepare necessary documentation for development teams, and communicate effectively with both internal and external teams, including third-party vendors. The role also involves proactively resolving conflicts, managing multiple customer accounts throughout implementation, and traveling to meet with new customers, which requires approximately 30% travel. The position operates on a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and in-office work, with regular attendance being essential.
