About the position

The Implementation Manager for Payroll Solutions is responsible for overseeing the technical application design, construction, and implementation for assigned accounts and projects. This role leads a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction throughout the implementation process. The manager will organize client meetings, coordinate with Subject-Matter Experts, and manage client relationships to provide a seamless implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small implementation team to ensure deliverables are met within timeline and scope.
• Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients to promote progress in the implementation process.
• Coordinate with Subject-Matter Experts to assist in the configuration of various products.
• Ensure client satisfaction before transitioning to Customer Service.
• Follow defined project plans to implement additional HCM services effectively.
• Communicate project steps and progress regularly with clients and team members.
• Schedule and complete necessary training for new clients to their satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong product, service, and technical background.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with others.
• Experience with HCM and iSolved is a plus.
