We're looking for an Implementation Manager. The Implementation Manager takes lead to execute onboarding for each new employer that is assigned. The Implementation Manager will ensure the project is kept on-track and experts are brought in for consultation as needed and smooth transitions from sales to account management take place. You will be the subject matter expert during implementation for Gravie's new employers and/or brokers during onboarding. This involves assessing the needs of new Gravie employers by consulting with the Gravie Sales Representative along with the employer and/or broker to gather details of new groups' needs, wants, and desires to achieve a successful onboarding and open enrollment experience. You will customize a project plan tailored to the tasks necessary for each new employer and gather and coordinate within Gravie internal teams to ensure they are prepared for our new employer and their members. Additionally, you will provide education to the employer and/or broker on Gravie's processes and procedures tied to the product they purchased. You will work closely as needed with the Health Plan Operations, Product, Gravie Care, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams to deliver strong support to our employers. Serving as a project manager for identified projects, you will ensure clear communication and collaboration with the team. This role requires a commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, empathetic, curious, creative, and outcome-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Execute onboarding for each new employer assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or at least 1-year previous experience in project management.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven individual who will do what it takes to meet an employer's needs.
  • Adept at problem solving and engaging with employers.
  • Ability to multitask numerous different projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-departmental problem solving.
