About The Position
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely client onboarding projects from kick-off through launch. They are a critical piece of Onbe's system and strategy, serving as the first touchpoint following the sales cycle and setting the tone for a client's relationship with Onbe. They will bring projects through the lifecycle with a focus on speed, quality, and client happiness at the helm and will have a comprehensive understanding of Onbe's product suite and a passion for setting clients up for success. They also collaborate across departments to drive process improvement and standard methodologies that position Onbe as a leader in the industry. This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 2 days per week at our Buffalo Grove, IL location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position.
