The Manager of Implementation & Support is an experienced IT professional that leads an Implementation and Support team at Smart Data Solutions. In this role, you will demonstrate leadership through actions and accountability, providing supervision and direction to other Implementation & Support team staff. You will oversee all SDS implementations, which includes client communication, refining project requirements, and process improvement consultation. You will manage implementation meetings, including recording and distribution of meeting notes, and provide system usage consultation. Your responsibilities will also include project management and leadership, where you will identify and assign implementation tasks, manage and prioritize implementation-related tasks, and identify creative ways to leverage staff. You will be involved in testing processes that include client signoff and will manage technical production, aging, and support ticketing to acceptable performance levels. The success of this role will be measured by high customer satisfaction per customer surveys, timely completion of implementations, clean implementations with minimal ongoing support, and maintaining accounts in good health with no acceptable transaction, file, or ticket aging metrics delivered.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience with SDS codebase and systems
  • 4 year degree in computer science or equivalent degree
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Business analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
  • Ability to understand process workflows, analyze, and identify improvements
  • Strong writing skills, particularly for process documentation and communication
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written policies, procedures, and directions
  • Disciplined in prompt communication responsiveness
  • Communication and reporting style that emphasizes simplicity and actionable data
  • Action orientation and ability to consistently complete assigned tasks on time
