About the position

The Implementation Manager at Shopmonkey plays a crucial role in leading the implementation process for new customers in the automotive industry. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, training clients on the Shopmonkey product suite, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate customized solutions to help customers grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact during a customer's implementation process.
  • Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas.
  • Assist in training customers to ensure the successful beginning of a new customer journey.
  • Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments.
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business.
  • Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or automotive industry knowledge and experience.
  • Clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Enjoy creative problem solving and taking on new challenges.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task.
  • Self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed.
  • Thrive in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs.
  • Related education background (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Familiar with SaaS business models and tools.
  • True appreciation for cars and/or familiarity with the automotive industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
