About the position

As an Implementation Manager at IRALOGIX, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new IRA and solo (k) clients. This position is pivotal in establishing the first impression for clients, as you will serve as the project leader, coordinating efforts and activities across multiple workstreams. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process for the implementation of new plans and the transition of existing plans, ensuring adherence to specific timeframes for projects that range from medium to high complexity. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to drive projects to completion and ensure client satisfaction. In this role, you will establish and manage extensive project plans that include deliverables for both internal and external business partners. You will hold team members accountable for their assigned deliverables and will be responsible for identifying and communicating any issues that may impact the success of the transition. Additionally, you will need to identify risks that could lead to financial exposure, delayed implementation, or client dissatisfaction. Your duties will also involve ensuring the receipt of legal agreements and additional documentation while coordinating efforts with clients, advisors, compliance, and other partners to meet all necessary requirements. Moreover, you will ensure data integrity and conduct post-implementation audits to verify accuracy. You may oversee payroll conversions and manage internal projects such as fund swaps, merger and acquisition activities, new product implementations, and other large business initiatives that require solid project management skills. This position may also involve managing a team, depending on the project requirements and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience related to implementation of retirement plans within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day retirement or IRA recordkeeping practices and familiarity with mutual funds and other investment products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of diverse departments and clients, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple ongoing projects and competing priorities.
