About the position

The Implementation Manager at Grid4 Communications is responsible for transforming client onboarding and solution deployment processes. This role focuses on leading the onboarding experience for new clients, managing the deployment of various MSP tools, and driving process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, particularly within the MSP landscape, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the entire onboarding process for new clients, crafting a streamlined, frictionless experience.
  • Expertly manage the deployment and ongoing maintenance of diverse MSP solutions and tools.
  • Drive the seamless integration of various platforms and tools, optimizing workflows.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process automation initiatives within and across platforms.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration with sales, service desk, and technical support teams.
  • Remain on the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices in MSP solution deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, focusing on MSP client onboarding and solution deployment.
  • Proven expertise in MSP tools and technologies, with a deep understanding of integration and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
