About the position

The Implementation Manager for Payroll Solutions is responsible for overseeing the technical application design, construction, and implementation for assigned accounts and projects. This role involves leading a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining high client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small implementation team to ensure deliverables are met within timeline and scope.
• Ensure clients receive the best implementation experience and guidance throughout the process.
• Oversee the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients to promote forward progress of the implementation process.
• Coordinate with Subject-Matter Experts (SME) for configuration of various products.
• Manage client relationships and provide primary client service throughout implementation.
• Follow defined project plans to implement additional HCM services effectively.
• Communicate all steps and progress regularly with clients and team members.
• Schedule and complete necessary training for new clients to their satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong product, service, and technical background.
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Experience with HCM and iSolved is a plus.
