About the position

The Implementation Manager at IRALOGIX, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new IRA and solo (k) clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high client satisfaction. This role involves project management, relationship management, and coordination among various internal and external stakeholders. The Implementation Manager will lead projects of medium to high complexity, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for the implementation of new plans and transition of existing plans, adhering to specific timeframes for projects with medium to high complexity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to successfully drive projects to completion and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Establish and manage extensive project plans including deliverables for both internal and external business partners, holding team members responsible for assigned deliverables.
  • Identify and communicate any issues that may impact the success of the transition, including risks that could cause financial exposure, delayed implementation, or client dissatisfaction.
  • Ensure the receipt of legal agreements and additional documentation while coordinating efforts with clients, advisors, compliance, and other partners to meet requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and conduct post-implementation audits to verify accuracy.
  • Oversee payroll conversions and may also oversee internal projects such as fund swaps, merger and acquisition activity, new product implementations, and other large business initiatives that require solid project management skills.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience related to implementation of retirement plans within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day retirement or IRA recordkeeping practices and familiarity with mutual funds and other investment products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse departments and clients, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple ongoing projects and competing priorities.
