The Implementation Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the planning, organizing, and management of launch tasks and resources to ensure the successful completion of client program launch goals and objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, as the Implementation Manager serves as a Technical Expert for assigned Maritz Engagement Platform Solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). In this role, the Implementation Manager will maintain a launch calendar across multiple programs, estimating resource requirements and allocating resources as necessary. They will own the Pre-Sale Alignment process, coordinating efforts between Sales, Engineering, Solutions, and Rewards. The Implementation Manager will also oversee the program launch plans in partnership with the Maritz Client Success Manager, ensuring that ICX processes are adhered to in coordination with the Customer Success Manager. This includes scheduling and hosting recurring launch meetings, owning the platform implementation specifications, and managing the tactical project management of the platform launch. The Implementation Manager will work closely with the Technical Success Specialist (TSS) and Client Success Manager (CSM) to ensure that all processes and tasks are aligned, validating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production environments, and confirming Go/No-Go decisions internally. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will coordinate requests for changes from the original project scope, updating and distributing all pertinent documentation while facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. They will customize and follow an established work plan for each phase of the project, adhering to applicable project management methodologies. The role also involves managing the platform launch scope and budget according to the Statement of Work (SOW), partnering with the Maritz Client Success Manager to address client issues, and coordinating work with functional peers while monitoring and reporting on launch status and issues. The Implementation Manager will be the primary internal product contact during platform implementation, developing and managing project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines, while preparing status reports for project stakeholders.
