Implementation Manager, SEO Aletheia Marketing & Media is a Dallas-based integrated marketing firm that embodies the values of Trust, Truth, and Transparency. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our Implementation Team, which consists of digital media experts, traditional media buyers, and ad operation specialists. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and a proven track record of driving organic search growth. This role requires a dynamic and collaborative individual who can contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our online presence and visibility. As the SEO Manager, you will lead the development and execution of SEO strategies aimed at improving organic search visibility and driving website traffic. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting in-depth keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, performing technical SEO audits, and collaborating with content creators to develop SEO-driven content strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing backlink profiles, monitoring website performance using analytics tools, and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends. Additionally, you will optimize local business listings and ensure the website is mobile-friendly, while conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a combination of technical expertise, analytical prowess, and strategic acumen. You should have at least 3 years of experience in SEO management, proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics, and strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends are also crucial for this position. Flexibility to work in a hybrid onsite/remote capacity is preferred, ideally within the Dallas area.
