About the position

As an Implementation Program Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes, you will play a crucial role in executing the Direct Supply Chain strategy across the company's 11 divisions. This position involves redefining operational processes and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement to facilitate project success. You will be responsible for tracking project deadlines, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of Strategy, Operations, and Project Management to roll out the Direct Supply Chain strategy.
• Develop an integrated communications plan to promote clarity, engagement, and transparency related to Supply Chain initiatives.
• Promote and manage stakeholder engagement across departments and divisions.
• Track project deadlines and tasks against available resources and dependencies.
• Review, monitor, and drive key performance indicators and metrics, including savings targets and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations.
• Three plus years of experience in project/program management, coordination, or administrative functions.
• Internal and/or external consulting experience is strongly preferred.
