About the position

Crexendo, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Implementation Project Coordinator to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a premier provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), we are committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of installation jobs by collaborating closely with the Project Implementation Manager and the Implementation Team. This position requires a proactive approach to communication and a strong sense of accountability, as the coordinator will be responsible for gathering essential data from clients and partners to initiate VoIP implementations. In this role, you will assist customers in completing project workbooks and coordinate Letters of Authorization (LOAs) with the Local Number Portability (LNP) Team. You will also support the Account Management and Customer (AMC) Team in maintaining effective communication with customers and assigning tasks to Implementation Managers. Your ability to monitor project schedules and update management systems accurately will be vital to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with a client-facing demeanor that fosters effective communication. You will be expected to maintain project management software and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project developments. Writing and issuing project change orders will also be part of your responsibilities, as will coordinating with the LNP Team to guarantee project success. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information between the implementation project management team, management, customers, engineering team, and sales.
  • Work with Implementation Managers and Support teams to coordinate project requirements, activities, resources, and information.
  • Monitor project schedules and update systems to accurately reflect changes.
  • Maintain project management software.
  • Maintain communication with Implementation Managers and Operations Management team.
  • Write and issue project owner change orders.
  • Coordinate with LNP Team to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as Project Coordinator or in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Prior technology experience is helpful.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, great communicator, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
