About the position

As an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager) at Intapp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a large, multi-year program for a highly strategic client. This position is part of our Professional Services Team, which is experiencing significant growth due to a healthy pipeline of new opportunities. You will work closely with the delivery team to facilitate the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule and within scope. Building strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders will be essential to drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement. You will be responsible for reporting on any current or potential blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits, and escalating risks and issues to program leadership as needed, along with recommended improvements and mitigations. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate the handover of project deliverables and documentation to operations upon completion of workstreams. This role is ideal for an articulate graduate with several years of commercial experience who is looking to develop a career in Project Management. You will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams, and the capacity to work under pressure. Experience with task scheduling and project management practices and tools will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects within a large, multi-year program for a highly strategic client.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to facilitate the flawless execution of projects, delivering on schedule and within scope.
  • Build strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement, reporting on any current or potential blockers, risks, overflows and deficits.
  • Escalate risks and issues to program leadership as needed, with recommended improvements and mitigations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Close out workstreams at completion, facilitating the handover of project deliverables and documentation to operations.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working with enterprise software.
  • Commitment to project management career growth.
  • Degree educated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with task scheduling.
  • Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset.
