About the position

The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth setup and onboarding of new clients while providing ongoing technical and process support related to accounting and credit functions. The role requires discretion and independent judgment in completing various duties, focusing on delivering superior customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train all new clients on Accounting practices by initiating or partaking in Welcome calls and beyond.
  • Send Exception reporting for all new clients until fully transitioned.
  • Complete all research related to new client payments.
  • Answer client questions and resolve issues regarding software, reports, processes, and procedures while delivering superior customer service.
  • Support and strategize with Credit and Accounting team.
  • Help develop, test and roll out customer reports as requested by client.
  • Coordinate buyouts across departments.
  • Ensure client is familiar with how to submit new customers and follows credit policy.
  • Analyze client position and its ability to handle the current obligations due Advance.
  • Identify significant changes within client business operations and determine proper action to safeguard Advance's position.
  • Prepare and present accurate reports regarding client base.
  • Potential risk factors are identified promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline - Preferred
  • 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
