About the position

The position involves managing Financials software implementations for Member/Customers at NISC, an information technology company that supports utility and telecommunications cooperatives. The role requires effective customer interaction, project management skills, and the ability to provide application support throughout the software implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage Financials software implementations for Member/Customers.
• Conduct effective customer interactions and establish expectations and timelines for the software implementation process.
• Provide application support to customers and validate converted data.
• Conduct training sessions for customers, both on-site and remotely.
• Prepare and monitor the Project Plan for software application conversions.
• Compile and analyze business requirements and evaluate operational processes for software conversions.
• Provide superior customer support in all encounters with internal and external customers.
• Communicate with all parties involved in the enterprise implementation.
• Design and implement system set-up configuration independently and facilitate difficult application requests.
• Validate and audit the accuracy of converted data, including reconciling converted totals and month-end balancing.
• Assist in other implementation areas and design teams as needed.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Accounting practices.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management processes and theory.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
