About the position

Cintas is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for its Center of Excellence, a role that is pivotal in advising, training, and developing end users to ensure the successful utilization of systems and business processes. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation of various projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that the projects meet their objectives. This position requires a strong focus on problem-solving, process improvement, and effective communication to facilitate the transition and adoption of new systems and processes within the organization. In this role, the Implementation Project Manager will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be expected to lead training sessions, provide ongoing support to users, and act as a liaison between technical teams and end users. The role also involves monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. The Implementation Project Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Advise, train, and develop end users to enable successful use of systems and business processes.
  • Lead training sessions for end users on new systems and processes.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users to facilitate communication and understanding.
  • Provide ongoing support to users and address any issues that arise during implementation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' business or customer-facing customer service, sales or systems support experience
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong problem solving, process improvement and communication skills
  • Experience using SAP
