About the position

The Implementation Project Manager for Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services (FIWMS) is responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding of Broker Dealers onto the FIWMS platform. This role involves managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing the conversion of assets to Fidelity. The position requires effective communication with all levels of management and the ability to manage mid to large-level projects with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall conversion plan for new and existing clients.
• Analyze the source and determine best methods to achieve successful conversion.
• Manage the overall client relationship during the onboarding experience, including setting appropriate client expectations.
• Lead mid to large-level projects with varying degrees of complexity.
• Organize and conduct project status meetings, including communicating project status to internal management and clients.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and lead discussions for critical path components that impact the event.
• Engage appropriate business partners or project stakeholders as needed.
• Recommend and implement improvements to current processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry, including experience in institutional or high net worth client management.
• Strong knowledge of the Broker Dealer business segments and financial markets.
• Experience with a full breadth of investment solutions, products, and services provided to Fidelity clients.
• Series 7 certification required.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
