About the position

The Implementation Project Manager at Capital Rx is responsible for overseeing the effective and timely transition of new clients to the company. This role involves establishing project plans, gathering requirements, and leading client communications throughout the implementation process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for Health Plan and PBM clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective, accurate and timely transition of Health Plan & PBM clients to Capital Rx
• Leverage knowledge of Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid and Medicare lines of business to manage overall implementations
• Establish implementation project plans, define and gather requirements, outline project objectives, and define success
• Lead client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process
• Execute and review detailed benefit and communication testing to ensure accuracy
• Maintain meticulous notes and assess progress against key milestones
• Proactively identify execution risks and develop solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to facilitate successful implementation
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and third parties through superior customer service
• Support development of internal implementation and project management best practices
• Support general business needs, as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of PBM experience in project management, client onboarding, and/or account management
• Experience working on Health Plans for Commercial, Exchange, Medicaid or Medicare lines of business
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
