About the position

As an Implementation Project Manager I at Lytx, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of products into client vehicles. This role involves managing all aspects of the installation process, ensuring timely execution, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create installation plans, monitor project progress, and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of product installations into client vehicles, including shipment of devices and accessories, coordination of technician resources, and monitoring project progress.
  • Create installation plans that meet client needs and internal milestones.
  • Establish client expectations regarding process and schedule.
  • Generate supplier work orders and client sales orders consistent with planned delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to ensure accurate and timely shipment and installation of devices.
  • Monitor and report on supplier and client performance against planned installation activities.
  • Maintain detailed project planning records within company systems.
  • Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Serve as the escalation contact for clients on shipment and installation-related issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, administrative, or customer service role in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional role with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and under general direction.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management or installation services.
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
